Definitely would not stay there again, the car park is smelly and there is rubbish and rats everywhere and is very hard to drive in to. The lift buttons were sticky taped together and the hallways were smelly. The room was average, the bed was like a v shape to we both rolled to the middle, our TV did not work for the 2 nights we were there and they were unable to fix it. The location is good if you want to be close to Darling Harbour but i would definitely pay extra to stay elswhere.

Nightmare experience, no hot water without prior warning. The hotel cancelled our original booking without any explanation. They wouldn't accepted my wife's credit card for the security deposit or booking. Had to chase on several occasions this get the deposit back, taken nearly 3 weeks. Staff weren't helpful or welcoming. Apartment needs refurbishment. Wouldn't recommend or stay again.

Absolute worse run hotel ever.. after booking a room for nye and driving an hour and a half I was told the room had been cancelled due to my card not working??? My card works fine. I was then told there were no rooms left, guessing they told it for triple the price. They took my money out of the bank I sent them emails with screen shots the money had been taken and I not only received confirmation over the phone the booking was all good I also received a confirmation text yesterday, they left us stranded with nowhere to stay ok nye they didn’t give a sh@t rude disgusting service. I am trying to get my money back. Be warned unless you want to get ripped off do not book here. Nye has been ruined

We booked a night accommodation on New Year’s Eve after coming in from Europe and the hotel pretended that our credit card was invalid and gave our room away. Absolute frauds and I can guarantee that our low rate that we secured in August was re sold at a higher rate. They are very untrustworthy and would avoid them at all costs.. luckily we had family in Sydney

Worst Hotel I have been to. In my whole life. We booked a room for NYE - in advance, for a good price. And when we got there, they told us our reservation was cancelled, because of an invalid credit card… The card works totally fine. The hotel just wanted to get rid of us and the cheap booking… They were even telling us, they couldn’t do anything about it and that there are no other options… In the same time they were giving away free rooms to new guests - standing right next to us… So: If you don’t want to get fooled or ripped off… don’t come here - ever!!!
